The Operations Management (OM) major at BSU rapidly gained recognition as one of the most comprehensive and respected programs in the western United States.

OM professionals focus on the managerial activities required to actually produce goods and services. These activities include scheduling the organization’s resources (machine centers, employees and so on), designing or re-engineering business processes, and managing the company’s supply and distribution networks. This process is often referred to as supply chain management, and is the emphasis of our newly redesigned SCM major.
