Internships PDF Print E-mail

The goal of our Internship program is to give our students a pre-professional employment opportunity to gain practical and theoretical experience in the Information Technology Management or Supply Chain Management area.

Note: Internship approval and registration must be completed before actual internship work may begin.

Students should meet and discuss internship possibilities with the Department Internship Coordinator in the area for which they wish to intern.

 Department coordinators are:

The Internship process has recently changed. Applications are electronic through the Career Center site. See your internship coordinator for details on the process. Please note that an internship usually may not be completed for the same organization for which you are currently employed, unless it is a new project or skills area.

When the Internship Form is generated and signed, the student distributes copies to:

  1. the Internship Coordinator,
  2. the student,
  3. the original to the BSU Registrar's Office.

In addition to the Internship application form, the student must also register for the Internship credits.  This registration process is completed in the BSU Registrar's Office (see Billie).
